Guidelines for Prerecorded  Broadcast

A. Install the sound editor Audacity

1. Install in your computer the sound editor Audacity 1.3, which is free and can be downloaded from here.
2. Install the LAME MP3 encoder. For Microsoft Windows users click here and for MAC users here.

B. One time settings for Audacity

1. Connect the microphone to the computer.
2. Open Audacity
3. Click Edit-->Preferences-->Interface to select desired language English
4. Click Quality and set up the properties as depicted below

5. Then click Tracks and set up the properties as depicted below

6. Then click Import/Export and set up the properties as depicted below

C. Record in mp3 format with Audacity
